Terms and Conditions – Cincinnati Bus & Car Service

1. Service Agreement

Cincinnati Bus & Car Service provides professional transportation services for individual and group travel. When you make a reservation, you enter into a binding agreement to receive the services described at the time of booking, subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be made through our website, email, phone, or approved third-party platforms.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options.
Booking confirmations will be sent via email or SMS.

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the permitted timeframe.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in full charge.
Group or charter bookings may require at least 72 hours notice for cancellation.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time.
No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are allowed in our vehicles.
Any damage caused by passengers to the vehicle will be the financial responsibility of the booking party.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, is abusive, or poses a risk to the driver or vehicle.
